You apply and are immediately sent a json test that involves pizza toppings. Appears to be a O(n) problem. I may've went overboard and did more than was required. But I got a response a week (exactly) later that replied with "...Ultimately, after a review of your qualifications and code test response, we have chosen to continue in the process with other candidates whose skills and experience align closer to our needs."
I applied online and received an email with a link for a coding exercise to complete regarding parsing JSON data. The coding exercise seemed appropriate for the position. I completed the coding exercise within the specified time (3 business dayw) and posted it per the instructions. I never heard back. After 2 weeks I sent a follow-up email to Olo and again never heard back. This seems very unprofessional to me and makes me wonder if Olo has the same disregard for employees as it does for applicants.
