First I met with the assistant Food and Beverage director. He was a very nice guy. We just sat down in the lobby restaurant in some big cushiony chairs and chatted about my experience. He asked me to describe one of my favorite menu items from the last restaurant I worked at. Things went well, so I went to meet the Director of Food and Beverage. He had just started in the position so was still getting settled. But he was also very nice and the interview was pretty conversational and simple.
