I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Omnicare (King of Prussia, PA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I interviewed with the team lead of the medical records department. He was great! Friendly, outgoing and made you feel relaxed and not nervous. The actual manager of the department was "unavailable" when my interview was set up for. If I had met that person, I may not have accepted the job.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Omnicare (Canoga Park, CA) in Sep 2014
Interview
Interviewers were polite. Interview questions were designed to measure my aptitude for the job applied for, based on my educational college training. This company KNEW that I had no formal training, experience, or certification for Pharmacy Technician. They DID know that I was educated in the field of Medical Records.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Omnicare (King of Prussia, PA) in Jan 2013
Interview
Was asked to reiterate my resume and what I did for the jobs I worked. Then went over what I would like out of a new job, why am I applying for a new job, how long would I see myself staying with a company, Would i want to stay in a position or would I want to advance into something else. A lot of typical generic question employers ask to see if your going to stick around.
