One Step GPS interview questions

I applied and was sent an online assessment many months later. They mainly asked questions about Javascript and python. I completed the assessment, and did not hear back for another couple of months. I passed, and they asked me to record a video of myself answering behavioral questions. I decided not to continue here.

The interview process was a mess. The team seemed inexperienced, and everything felt disorganized. You have to constantly follow up to get updates. Most of the people in the office seemed fresh out of school. They required you to build a full app to showcase your skills, which was very time-consuming, and you had to share your code with them, making it feel like they might be taking advantage of candidates. It also seemed suspicious—they claim to have many applicants, yet they keep reposting the job on multiple platforms. Overall, very unprofessional.
