Too long interview process involves five round, they could have rejected in the pre-screening but they decided to waste candidate's time taking all the technical rounds and rejecting afterwards:
1. First I got en email for React JS Developer Recruitment Quiz - 1 hour - Very Easy
2. Telephonic round basic react conceptual questions - 30 minutes - Easy
3. Assignment to create a basic web app - 2-3 hours - Easy
4. HR Round 1 - Regarding background and prev exp- 30 minutes - Average
5. HR Round 2 - Regarding background, prev exp, why looking for change, salary expectations, Software development process etc 2 panels was there- 30 minutes - Average
Advice the HR team:-
Please be sure about if you wants to hire candidate or not on the basis of pre-screening and shortlisting, do not waste one's time after taking all technical rounds and not giving offer because of his previous experience.
