Oni Studios interview questions

I was reached out to and scheduled for a phone screening which she canceled 10 minutes beforehand, thats fine, it happens. When I emailed her my availability for the next week I asked if she was able to disclose the pay range to be respectful of her time..she never responded. Researching a role/company to prepare for an interview takes time as well, obviously they are not respectful of the candidates time.

I had a phone screen that went very well and was told I would be going to the second phase of the interview process with a technical art lead. I heard nothing for a week and a half. After a follow up I was told again that I was still being considered and would be getting an interview in the following week. That was 2 and a half weeks ago and I have heard nothing since.
