Initial Screening:
Application Review: Recruiters or hiring managers review the resume and cover letter to check for relevant experience, education, and skills.
Phone Screen: A short interview (20-30 minutes) usually conducted by a recruiter or HR representative. It focuses on background, experience, and basic technical skills.
ask you questions about yourself and have a technical assessment portion. all were straight forward and easy to understand. You can do it whenever you are ready with a mobile device and a camera.
The main focus is digging deep into your past projects to see what challenges/improvements you contributed to solving. They didn't ask to solve algorithm questions. They also asked behavior questions.
