I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Onward Technologies Limited (Mumbai) in Jun 2025
Interview
The interview process was conducted over three days and consisted of three rounds.
The first round was a purely technical interview that lasted about one hour. The discussion covered all aspects of my resume, including my technical skills, past projects, and problem-solving approach.
The second round was a client interview. It was conducted by the US-based client project lead along with a few other team members. This round lasted approximately 15 minutes and was largely behavioral in nature. The focus was on how tasks are handled, work approach, collaboration style, and expectations from the project.
The third and final round was an HR interview, which lasted around 30 minutes. This round primarily focused on salary discussions and background-related questions.

They don't anyway do technical interview, this is just a consultancy.
But final HR review round they will do because candidate has to work on their payroll and will be deployed in client location.
The worst part about this company starts here itself.
Worst HR team ever I have seen in my professional career. Freshers are taking HR round for 9 years experience candidate. First they don't have manners , they don't know to how to talk. They behave like they own us and whatever they say we have to accept like that.
After spending so much time and struggle to clear the technical rounds, finally we have to face these worst fellows. They treat you like you came to serve those people.
I faced one guy , he is not even considering his teammates/colleagues ,he is behaving with them also like he own entire company, because of him only it is running.
Client companies are good , but these guys behaviour makes you feel bad.
They simply try to fool the candidate that they are going to release the offer but they don't .
My sincere suggestion to higher management of onward, please keep some professional and politely speaking guys in HR team for discussion.
