Onward Technologies Limited interview questions

The interview process was conducted over three days and consisted of three rounds. The first round was a purely technical interview that lasted about one hour. The discussion covered all aspects of my resume, including my technical skills, past projects, and problem-solving approach. The second round was a client interview. It was conducted by the US-based client project lead along with a few other team members. This round lasted approximately 15 minutes and was largely behavioral in nature. The focus was on how tasks are handled, work approach, collaboration style, and expectations from the project. The third and final round was an HR interview, which lasted around 30 minutes. This round primarily focused on salary discussions and background-related questions.

The hiring process began with an online application followed by an initial screening call. The HR executive briefly discussed my background, resume, and basic fit for the role. The communication was smooth, and the timelines were clearly informed.
