The recruitment process consisted of multiple stages. Initially, there was an online assessment, after which around 24 students from my campus were shortlisted. This was followed by an in-person group discussion round.
After the GD, I appeared for two technical interview rounds. The first round focused on core subjects like OOPS, C++, Data Structures & Algorithms, and SQL. The second round was more project-oriented, where I explained my work and the technologies I’ve used.
Despite progressing through all the stages, none of the candidates from our campus were selected. It seemed that the company’s expectations leaned more towards candidates with prior industry experience, which made the selection criteria quite challenging for freshers like us.
