I applied online and was offered a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty typical, the recruiter went through all the parts of my resume and asked me general questions about a project I did (Recruiter was from HR, so non-technical). Afterwards, the recruiter described the general structure and environment at the company and asked if I had any questions. The next step would be a Hackerrank challenge, but I did not make it to that round since it was my first phone interview of the recruiting season, so I was not very prepared. However, they provided very fast responses, within just a few business days.
