Interview
I was asked to interview for a sales trader role. They pitched the position as very client focused/ relationship building. I was asked to take the mental math test and was never contacted after completing. My calls and emails were ignored after the test.

Was found by recruiter who encouraged me to apply. Then Interviewed me for what seems like it was in case someone further ahead of interview process fell through and wasted my time
Three video interviews and a round of in-person. Most interviews were with two people from Optiver. Focus on your background, with some technical questions. Options trading/theory knowledge is required, more than most sales trader roles.

Good, fair, friendly, easy to chat to. Flowing interview - straight to the point and zero chit chat. No discussion to find out about personality just math and consulting questions
