There weren’t any crazy questions, but a lot of questions that I was expecting were not asked. I got the impression that one of my interviewers didn’t have much experience with interviewing, which partially contributed to a feeling of not being sure how the interviews went when they were finished. The feedback I received afterward regarding my experience was a little confusing and made me feel like they hadn’t entirely listened to my answers.

Interview
Had a phone interview at first asking very standard questions relating to goals and why applying job. Next received the offer to visit the Chicago office and Interview process was very smooth and everyone was nice and welcoming. Took an accounting test, had a office tour, both interviewers were thorough and looking for candidates who have a very strong preference for industry.
