Interview
First round is mental math test. You need to be able to quickly answer these math questions. Then, there is the HR interview. It's about your motivation. 3rd round is a technical interview. It has several derivatives questions, market-making, and some brain-teasers.
Final round consists of 3-4 parts. A market making game with other applicants. HR and technical interviews (again).
