completed initial online assessment which is very long but you can split it up with games about math and reaction time, got invite for phone interview, phone interview was ok, about 45 minutes and interviewer was nice but i didn't get the position
After I applied they sent me an online screening that had several games and probability questions. The online assessment probably took around 3-5 hours, after which I found out I was not selected to continue.
At least 6 rounds spanning OA, behaviorals/HR, technicals (games), which was scattered through many weeks. Hard to prepare for, aside from prepping mental math and just being ready in the moment.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Optiver in Aug 2024
