After the online assessment, there was a behavioural interview over zoom. The questions asked were almost identical to those you had already answered in the written section of the application, which was slightly confusing.

What made you choose engineering? What's an example of a time you demonstrated curiosity?
1. did the online assessment. three sections: coding(object oriented question), programming and computer system questions for 20 minutes, zapn/neuro assessments
2. hr interview: 15 min behavioral over phone. very short and brief

Chill behavioural, barely 15 mins long. Normal STAR qns, and some questions about resume. Also some talking about current position, why trading, why Optiver, things like that. I need to write 30 words so I guess I’ll also say make sure to have a HD WAM.

Round 2 Behavioral Interview - Mainly asking about leadership and teamwork experience, and your eager to join the trading industry.
