There's an initial application which can be followed by a coffee chat. Then they give you a behavioral and case interview usually on the same day. The behavioral interview is pretty relaxed and they ask some basic questions. The case interview isn't difficult but you definitely should brush up on casing skills and mental math.
2 rounds, 1st behavioral, 2nd behavioral and case. Fairly straightforward healthcare consulting strategy case, typically done by younger people in the rotational programs. Recruiters are very communicative and respond fast.
