Interview
Initial meeting with HR. If you meet the qualifications, they pass you over to the hiring manager and a couple of people you will be working with. I had.a total of 3 interviews and was then hired.

Had just one round of interviews with questions about work experience and behavioral questions, such as 'Tell me a situation when you faced a challenge or argument with a client and how you solved it.'

Optum has a 3 round interview, the first 2 with hiring manager and last HR round. Since this company is subsidiary of UHG, knowledge in US healthcare is added Advantage.
