      UX Engineer Interview

      Aug 15, 2024
      Anonymous employee
      New York Mills, NY
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Optum (New York Mills, NY)

      Interview

Easy, very friendly, seeking good fit for the team dynamic. Personable, conversational, asked some technical questions and about experience in previous roles. Design problems, how work in teams. Straightforward, quick, long time to hire though. Contract to hire so they could see if it was a good fit
