Optum Practice Performance Manager interview questions

The interview process was long, and communication was limited. The interview felt informal at times and didn’t feel like a buildup of conversation rather question after question. Overall, it did not seem to have a company culture I would want to be apart especially since they would take weeks to respond back (~3 weeks).
