The first did a phone interview, then they gave a few tests to measure familiarity with email/HTML/SQL, and then they did a in-person interview with a group of possible peers.

There were 4 - 5 rounds of Processes like aptitude, Group Discussion, HR interview, Marketing interview and finally the culture fit round. Every round was of elimination. The process ran for quite a long time i.e. around 3 weeks.
