I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Santa Barbara, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview process consists of two phone interviews and one final in-person conversation. The two phone interviews lasted about 15 minutes each. They mainly wanted to know how my past experience applied to sales, what I knew about the position and company, and, of course, why I should be hired. Overall the process was pretty straightforward; no role-playing or gimmicks, just basic questions. They are mostly looking for confidence, communication skills, and enthusiasm toward the company.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Oracle (Boston, MA) in Mar 2021
Interview
So far, I have only gone through the initial interview. It was basically a screening to move on to the next round. Allyson was very nice, and made the process very painless and let you know exactly what was expected of you.
I first met with a recruiter at my university's career fair. I then had a phone call with a recruiter that asked me to go through my experience and why I wanted to work for Oracle.
Met with the recruiter at a school job fair. Had a pre-interview 30 minute screening where we walked through my resume and the recruiter pointed out some tips for the next few rounds. The interviews are primarily behavioral but have an answer for ready for why sales/tech/oracle.
