Interview
The process was hurried and it appeared that the manager (hiring) was hurried and under some pressure from other needs. A follow-up was suggested and I accepted. However, the follow-up never materialized, though I attempted multiple follow-up communications. This is the second such opportunity I have had to interview with Oracle and though different the situation seemed to be the same, the hiring manager in the first opportunity came right out and said that this was not a problem he created, but was his to fix. I don't know if this is due to arrogance or stress existence in the organization but something is wrong.

Friendly interview. Interviewer gave detailed information. Not taken any steps further yet, still waiting but have only positive thoughts so far. the company is global and professional, you can feel that.

It was pretty short and quick, very informal for the most part. They do an initial screening, then you speak with the hiring manager and VP one level up from them.
Das gesamte Verfahren fand online statt. Zuerst wurde ich telefonisch Kontaktiert und anschließend gab es drei Runden. Zuerst mit dem direkten Vorgesetzten, anschließend mit einem weiteren Vorgesetzten und zuletzt mit einer Präsentation zu einer gestellten Aufgabe.
