For a remote campus recruiter role, I did an initial phone screen with the hiring manager. After, had another talk with their manager (all over zoom). After that, there was a bit of a quiet period. Emailed them letting them know I had an offer and they did get back to me soon with an update.

The process was seamless and quick. 2 interviews and offer a few weeks after. One with manager and another with director. Roughly each interview was 45 minutes. I would definitely recommend
