I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Oracle (San Jose, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
Received the job through my schools career fair. Went through a process of two phone call interviews and one in person interview.
First interview = questions based off your resume
Second interview = what you know about Oracle
Third interview = See your personality (in person) and assess whether or not you're the right fit for Oracle (few questions with scenarios were also given).
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Oracle (Boston, MA) in Mar 2021
Interview
So far, I have only gone through the initial interview. It was basically a screening to move on to the next round. Allyson was very nice, and made the process very painless and let you know exactly what was expected of you.
I first met with a recruiter at my university's career fair. I then had a phone call with a recruiter that asked me to go through my experience and why I wanted to work for Oracle.
Met with the recruiter at a school job fair. Had a pre-interview 30 minute screening where we walked through my resume and the recruiter pointed out some tips for the next few rounds. The interviews are primarily behavioral but have an answer for ready for why sales/tech/oracle.
