Interview
Phase 1: Behavioral Interview with Hiring Manager (<30 minutes)
Phase 2: Group Interview about a generic business problem, not related to NetSuite (1 hour)
Phase 3: Superday - consists of 3 group interviews (50 minutes each) and 1 solo interview with 2 managers. Only needed NetSuite/ERP knowledge for one interview.
Had a recruiter screening which was just a phone call. Then I had round 1 which was group casing, and then super day which was the entire day with a mix of behavioral and group case.
Had a phone screening with a recruiter. Then was passed onto round 1 for a group interview a week later. The Superday was scheduled a month later and had a mix of individual and group interviews.
