The recruiting team is very professional and communicative, which is a true rarity when interviewing for new positions! Also, Cortex is a genuinely impressive product.
I went through five interviews, including one with the CEO. I wasn't asked too much about my experience working in this field but instead felt like I was being tested on my ability to answer brain teasers. I understand some companies still like to use this format of interviewing, but it's been proven that these questions say very little about how people perform on the job.
There were other aspects of the interview that I found disrespectful to me and my background. My last interview cemented the fact that this wouldn't be a good fit for me.
Overall, the recruiting team is very kind, but I think it's for the best that this didn't work out.
