Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist contacted me saying he saw my info online and thought I would be a good fit for this position. We had an introduction phone call that went well, took a timed 'assessment test' that was just logic and can you follow multiple sets of directions, notified my contact of completion, and then was told they were moving forward with other candidates. Messaged my contact to see if I fumbled the assessment or any insight into their decision and got ghosted. Assumed it was on me and moved on. I then applied to a similar position in a different area of the business, had initial intro conversation that went well, again, mentioned my previous interview process and how I was dropped from consideration, was told that my assessment was not the issue and that I had performed very well on it and that we would move straight to the 'next steps interview' with people from the department. I was messaging with person to schedule this interview and again was ghosted. Messaged my original contact to see what was going on with the scheduling, was told I would get a call back and nothing. I gave up on this company and their hiring/recruiting dept.
