Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. InterviewThe 1st interview went well with the recruiter. Afterwords I was referred to interview with the hiring manager and that process also went smooth. The hiring manager was also super excited about bringing me on with the team asap. Therefore was told to do an assessment of 15 minutes with over 50 questions. After I took the assessment, I never heard back…. If we’re communicating almost every other day from the initial contact until told to take the assessment (almost 2 weeks).
