-Applied through a referral - Had one round with the recruiter. - After the 1st round, was asked to take CCAT, I - promptly completed the CCAT assignment within two days instead of the given week. - I received feedback 4 days later stating that my profile did not closely align with the position, and they were pursuing other candidates. I find this decision confusing since I was asked to complete the CCAT assignment after Recruiter already cleared my resume screening and 1st ph round. Additionally, there was no mention of my test score, which I believe I performed amazing on. Very unpleasant experience with overall process and felt like waste of time in preparing CCAT for 2 days.
