The interview process was what I had expected it to be for the most part. I talked to several internal associates since I would interact with several departments. I wasn't quite sure how my role would interact with them daily, but it was nice to know a few friendly faces on day 1!
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Origami Risk (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2020
Interview
Initial screening, follow up with someone from the Team. The initial call with the Recruiter was discouraging. The recruiter was extremely delayed in initial follow up. The 2nd screening with someone from the Team was fine, but the recruiter left such a bad taste in my mouth that I was sort of defeated in the process. Some phrases mentioned by the recruiter were "you're still a kid so you don't understand", and "I guess we can set something up". Not to mention I didn't hear back from said Recruiter for 2 weeks after my interview. It just seemed disjointed the whole time, and unappealing from the start when I was excited to interview given all the great reviews on here.
