They have a smooth interview process. While their human resource department is located in a separate building from the main campus I worked on, their availability was good. My first interview did take a while after I placed my initial application, but once I was interviewed the hiring process went very quickly.

Pretty good and well thought out. Very specific to field and personality questions. Be pleasant and be yourself. Your schooling should be enough to get you into the door. Smile and bring your resume!
