Structured and professional interview. The individuals I spoke with took their time to understand myself and detail the role well. The process was quick and efficient. I did not end up accepting the position as I was looking for something with a salary portion - this was 100% commission

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Osborne Homes
Interview
The only communication I received were two separate emails to take two Predictive Index tests. Nothing introducing themselves or that they were excited to receive my application.
Then 3 days letter the standard dismissal email. Never once in the process was their personal communication.
This really says a lot about the company, that you will be just another number.
