Light interview with some basic behavioral questions. Started with a call from HR asking about why I wanted to work there and my knowledge of the company. The moved on to another round with the hiring manager and then got hired then.

Simple Questions: They might ask basic things like “Tell me about yourself,” “Why do you want this job?” or “What are your strengths?” rather than technical or tricky ones. Short Duration: Often 15–30 minutes. Low Pressure: More about getting to know you and confirming you’d be a good fit, rather than testing you. Predictable Topics: Work history, availability, teamwork, and customer service skills (if relevant). 👉 Think of it as more of a chat to see if your personality and availability match the role than a test of deep knowledge.
