Outreach Health Services interview questions

I interviewed with the team lead and supervisor. The interview was very informative. They went over the day to day duties and expectations. Really made me feel like I already had the job. I was very comfortable going over my previous experience and knowledge as to why I would be a great fit for this role. It has been 2 weeks since my interview and I havent heard anything back. I applied with Outreach through a temp service. The supervisor told me that I should here something back from them within a week as she had 2 other candidates and an internal interview. I was really excited and had high hopes of starting with this company. I kind of feel like they might have went with the internal employee, as she did state to me that they hire from within and referrals a lot.

The interview started by asking about previous work history and skills. They emphasized asking about proficiency in Spanish and computer programs such as Microsoft. The interviewers were not very pleasent from the start and dressed somewhat casually compared to most other companies.
