Two stage interview process over Microsoft Teams, neither of which felt like an interview - more an informal chat.
The first was a 1-1 with the hiring manager who provided an overview of the organisation and the role they were hiring for. A small number of questions about my experience and what I'm looking for in my career, why I want to move from my current role, etc.
The second was with the hiring manager and two people working within the architecture team. Relatively similar format to the first interview but more technical. No direct technical questions were asked but the chat format lead to discussions about technologies OUP are using and my experience with those.
Was offered the position but declined due to some of the terms in the contract and the overwhelming amount ratio of negative reviews here on Glassdoor.
