PA Health & Wellness interview questions

Was contacted by recruiter to speak about the position and how it aligns with my background. He then passed me onto the talent advisor we had another conversation about the roll and he would pass on my information and schedule an interview. Interview was via zoom with manager talk more about the role and what it entails. Then was passed on to the director. From the first contact to getting rejection email it was about 2 months. I emailed recruiter a couple times after the interview with no feedback and just went silent.

I was brought in and interviewed with general questions about my experience, plus the usual, random, canned questions, such as "tell me about a time" blah blah blah. I was told by my recruiter to focus on my prior inbound call center experience, and customer service excellence
