Tedious internship application process with more than three rounds of interviews, exams, and assessments that honestly felt too excessive for an intern role. What made the experience more frustrating was the lack of professionalism during the interviews themselves. Applicants were expected to keep their cameras on the entire time for “professionalism,” yet most interviewers did not even have theirs turned on, which honestly felt unfair and uncomfortable.
Communication throughout the process was also inconsistent. Some instructions were unclear, and updates took time. The assessments and interview stages also seemed repetitive, as if the same things were being asked in different formats over and over again instead of actually evaluating applicants efficiently.
Overall, the experience is truly disappointing. A company’s hiring process says a lot about its work culture, and unfortunately this one felt disorganized, overly complicated, and not very considerate of applicants’ time and effort.
