Contacted by a recruiter who talked about the job and answered basic questions. I was then scheduled for an an interview with the hiring manger. The hiring manger spent 20mins of our hour long interview just telling me about her career. It was not an interview, it was a personal monologue. She then described what she was looking for because it wasn't what was in the job description. It was a totally different set of skills and I expressed that I probably wasn't a good fit as I didn't have any experience in the VERY specific niche training she was talking about. I am not going to give the company a negative review for the interview as I believe this is an example of one bad apple.
