I applied online and was contacted within about a week for an initial phone interview. Scheduling the interview was simple, what was supposed to be a 15 minute conversation ended up being about 30-35 minutes. We discussed my background, how it relates to the job description and what I'm looking for in a role. 2-3 days later I was asked to come in for an in-person interview the following week. This was a 2.5-3 hour interview meeting with members of the team (Program Officers, Assistant Director etc). This part of the process was enjoyable and engaging, with 30 minute conversations with 2-3 people at a time. I also met with HR at the end to ask general questions and was informed it would take about a week for a final decision.
