A two step, interview process which started with a campus recruitment which then lead to their "Superday" final interview. Their superday was all based on behavior questions to just see if you would be a good fit for the PNC organization.

I had one on campus interview, all behaviorals. I was then notified the next day of the superday, and passed through to final round. The final round I had 3 interviews, each interview had 2 associates. All behaviorals, not hard
