Applied Oct 2017, in mid Nov 2017 had qualifying phone interview with HR; followed by a phone interview with one of the hiring team - unsure of her qualifications as it related to the position. Was told I was in the running. They strung me along with no proactive communication until February 2018. HR assured me I was still in the running and she'd proactively communicate bi-weekly. In mid April received a canned / anonymous 'thanks but no thanks' email. Shameful process and disrespectful to candidates. Don't tell us one thing and do another.
