Interview
I applied through my university and had an on-campus interview the following week. I was then invited to Super Day, which took place approximately 2-3 weeks later. Super Day consisted of three 25-minute interviews at their headquarters in Pittsburgh. I received an offer around 10 days after Super Day. The interviews were very conversational and no technical questions were asked. Most questions just dealt with my resume. They definitely prioritize personality over technical skills/experience.
Two interview process. Back to back interviews with current analysts. Very nice. Few technical questions a lot more behavioral/situational type of questions. Looking for people who are willing to learn and want to learn
It was very good. They made it very conversational and were very nice. The people were understanding and they asked a lot of questions about the position. I did not feel stressed during the process.
Very easy going, I enjoyed meeting with them and hearing from the hiring staff and team. Cool place to work at it seems like. If you want to interview and apply, you should!
