Super day interviews just included two 25-minute interviews, each with two interviewers. My interviews were virtual, and they only asked behavioral questions. Super kind people who were actually interested in my life and past experience.

Interview
I applied to the internship through my online campus recruitment page. I was contacted about two weeks after that I was selected for an interview. I went in for the interview and within the next week I was notified that I was not selected for a follow up.

Interview
The first round was a phone interview that lasted around an hour. It was pretty casual and conversational, and they mostly asked behavioral questions as well as some questions about the market. The second round was a Super Day in Pittsburgh with 3 interviews in the same day, all of them with high-level managers and VPs. It was an overall positive experience and the interviews were generally behavioral and conversational as well. They gave me an offer by the next week.
