I applied online. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group in May 2015
Interview
I scheduled an interview with a HR Representative after a phone interview for the next day which was a Friday. When I arrived for my interview the next day, the manager that I had my scheduled interview with act as if she never received notice that I was suppose to be meeting with her. I showed her the email that I received from the HR representative confirming my email, and she stated " I do not have the time to meet with you today, and that nobody told her that she was suppose to be interviewing today". She then asked for a copy of my resume and asked if she could call me to schedule another date for this interview. I initially told myself that if I received a call back from that manager that I would decline the interview, because I wasted time to drive out to where she was located to meet with her, and she just dismissed me after showing her the copy of the email from the HR representative confirming the interview.
I received a call later that day from that same manager at that branch to schedule another time to be interviewed. She apologized for the mix up and stated that she did receive an email the day before informing her of the scheduled time for my interview. How could you be a manager of a branch and not check your emails? But, I digress. Even though I told myself that I would decline the interview, I had a change of heart. So I scheduled an interview for that Tuesday.
I accepted another offer with a different company the day after that interview, so I am glad I didn't receive an offer. Based on the fact that the manager doesn't even check her emails on a regular basis and after witnessing the way she interacted with an employee at the branch when I was there for my interview, I could tell that I would have been unhappy. So in conclusion, I dodged a bullet.

Interview
After scheduling a brief meetup at nearby Starbucks, we discussed my work history, what made me switch careers, and how my experience would tie into the new position. The interviewers were extremely accommodating to my existing work schedule at the time.
Few days later, I received follow-up phone call from the recruiter offering me the position, which I accepted.

Interview
Very intense, recruiter was a little much . The process itself was fine and the questions were typical. Just felt like it was a demeaning interview almost. Could have been a little better.
