Interview
If you are not US citizen or green card holder, there is nearly zero possibility for you to get the offer. They will pretend they want to hire "any" people regardless of race, gender or citizenship. However, if you are white women, you will have a significant higher chance to get offers compared to others. They were 15 international students and 5 US students attending the interview and they only picked up 3 US students for the next round interview.

Interview
Initial with phone screen. And have another interview with the manager four months later after the screen. The manager asked many research, scientific questions. She is very familiar with the fundamental knowledges.

Interview
The interview process was smooth and took about a month. There was an initial phone screening interview, followed by an on-site interview, then conversation with different possible placement groups. The on-site interview was with a panel composed of group leaders, a research chemist, and an HR professional.

Smooth so far, a bit slow but great people to talk to. Asked relevant questions and very accommodating. Went to the last round don't know what is waiting for me next.
