I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PSA Airlines (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2020
Interview
Very laid back. Everyone was professional and straightforward throughout the entire process. I appreciated this style of presentation. Some of it did seem a little “copy and paste” but overall it was a good experience.

Question 1
Scenario involving damaged tire. How will you react if captain wants to go?
Straight forward with very little trick questions. Just be ready to answer some basic questions on interpreting metars and tags. They ask about jepp charts also so be ready to answer questions about those.
It is a very smooth process, I really enjoyed the interview myself. I will recommend to apply the job to anyone who is interested in the position. Do your best

Question 1
In Preflight, during the walk around you notice some wires on the tire (not in best conditions). You tell the Captain about the situation and he says it’s alright, it’s not a safety issue, don’t worry. We don’t wanna delay more the flight. What would you do?
