I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PUMA (Glendale, AZ) in Sep 2014
Interview
The knterview was really laid back. It was a group interview so the manager went around and asked everyone a question. Really simple. Its helpful to know spanish. Know what PUMA sponsors. I'm a girl and had no idea.
they ask your availability, commute situation and why PUMA it's nothing too bad. I found it simple and quick. If you're interested in the brand you don't need to prepare for an interview tbh
The interview was in person in store. The interview process was very laid back and engaging, seemed there was genuine interest from employer to get to know me and my previous roles.
3 steps: interview with store manageri (on site) then 2 interviews on Teams with other 2 superiors. Nice and accesibile. They were very nice and we decided to work together. W
