I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pace Analytical in Jun 2019
Interview
30 minute phone interview. Majority of interview was an overview of the position and how it worked, along with possible schedules of job. Was upfront about the pay of the position. Provided plenty of time for personal questions. Explained the management set-up and how the assignments worked. The interviewer had only been with the company for 3 months though, so was not an expert on everything.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Pace Analytical (Minneapolis, MN) in Feb 2017
Interview
Formal yet not very welcoming. Felt a strong feeling of my experiences and education was overlooked by a failed former microbiologist turned HR representative. Was optimistic about my career again after my latter interview by a company directly, not a 3rd party.
