Scenario type of questions. It was a smaller interviewing panel than I am used to. There were just two managers conducting the interview. They took turns asking me a few questions each then spent the rest of the time speaking about the job. I took this as a good sign because it was as if they were making sure I was a good fit or waiting to see my reaction if I possibly was not the one.
